You should be qualified to degree level in perhaps Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Chemical Engineering and although experience of the Power Industry would be helpful it is not essential. Engineers with the skills to carry out a Project Management role can come from any background such as manufacturing, aerospace or automotive industries.

You would be joining this very successful company who are a major provider of turnkey solutions for renewable energy applications including CHP for utilities, mines gas sites, hospitals and petroleum drilling platforms.

You will have full commercial and technical responsibility for the production and delivery of large contracts, predominantly office based, also requires field-based activities at customer’s sites. The projects are usually up to a value of £2-3 million. You will be responsible for the delivery of projects both to time and budget.
