An American based Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) is currently looking for a Senior Clinical Project Manager (CPM) to join the team in their UK office. The company have an excellent presence in the USA and are now expanding operations in Europe, with this being a superb time to join the team.

The Senior Clinical Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for clinical trial management, study planning and start up activities, financial management, business development activities and managing clinical operations.
This will involve having an overview of global clinical trials, and making sure projects are completed within budget and on time, planning and implementing changes as required and working closely with study teams to help with study start up. Having full budget responsibilities is also a major part of the role and the Senior Clinical Project Manager (CPM) will work with the business development team, taking part in bid defence and winning new business as required.

To work as a Senior Clinical Project Manager (CPM) you will have a strong clinical operations background and experience managing global studies. The ability to lead and motivate study teams is required along with an expert knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines. A medical, nursing, scientific or related background is essential for the position along with strong communication skills. Experience of working with business development is ideal but not essential.
